20 Senate Republicans Vote to Waive the Constitution

U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) raised a constitutional point of order against the $1.1 trillion omnibus spending that, if sustained, would have sent the bill back to the House to remove amnesty funding. Unfortunately, 20 Republicans joined the Democrats in voting to reject Cruz's point of order and to ignore the serious constitutional problems with the president's executive amnesty.

New Poll Finds Mike Lee In Strong Position Heading Into 2016

Today the Club for Growth PAC, Senate Conservatives Fund, and Madison Project released the results of a poll done by Basswood Research in the Utah Senate race of likely Republican Primary voters. The poll finds incumbent Senator Mike Lee in an extremely strong position for re-nomination.

New Radio Ads Hold GOP Leaders Accountable

Today, Senate Conservatives Action (SCA), the super PAC arm of the Senate Conservatives Fund (SCF), released three new radio ads holding GOP House leaders accountable for voting to fund the president's unlawful executive amnesty. The ads will air for one week in the home districts of House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH), House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), and House Majority Whip Steve Scalise (R-LA).
