Wil Cardon, a 40-year-old investment manager has announced plans to run for the U.S. Senate in Arizona against U.S. Rep. Jeff Flake (R-AZ). Cardon has the ability to self-finance his campaign and is pledging to outspend Flake who had just over $2 million cash-on-hand at the end of June.
