ALEXANDRIA, VA — Today, the Senate Conservatives Fund (SCF) endorsed John Ratcliffe (R-TX) for the U.S. House of Representatives as part of its new House Conservatives Project. John Ratcliffe is seeking the Republican nomination in the 4th Congressional District of Texas.

"John Ratcliffe is a principled, conservative leader who will fight to stop the massive spending and debt in Washington that are bankrupting our country," said SCF Executive Director Matt Hoskins. "He's part of a new generation of conservative Republicans, and we're excited to support him."

SCF has added John Ratcliffe to its website where its members across the country can donate directly to Ratcliffe's campaign. SCF pays all processing fees so Ratcliffe will receive 100% of the funds contributed to his campaign.

John Ratcliffe is a former U.S. Attorney and former mayor of Heath, TX.

As U.S. Attorney, Ratcliffe worked to combat terrorism, illegal immigration, drug trafficking, public corruption, and Internet child predators. As mayor of Heath, Ratcliffe balanced the budget without raising taxes.

If elected to Congress in the May 27th Republican primary run-off election, John Ratcliffe will be a strong voice for reduced spending, repealing Obamacare, term limits, and balancing the budget.

John and his wife, Michele, have two kids and live in Heath, TX.

The Senate Conservatives Fund is a national, grassroots organization that helps elect true conservative leaders to the U.S. Senate. SCF recently launched a new initiative called the House Conservatives Project to support promising candidates for the U.S. House.
