Carper Flip-Flops on Balanced Budget Amendment
U.S. Senator Tom Carper (D-DE) just voted against the Balanced Budget Amendment contained in the "Cut-Cap-Balance" legislation.
This is a 180 degree reversal from his earlier position.
Apparently Senator Carper only supports the Balanced Budget Amendment until he has to actually vote on it.
Senator Carper should be defeated in 2012. He has lied to the voters in Delaware and he's working to bankrupt the nation.
