Washington, D.C. – Senate Conservatives Fund Executive Director Mary Vought made the following statement regarding John James, U.S. Senate candidate in Michigan:

“We are extremely proud to endorse conservative John James for U.S. Senate in Michigan. John is a combat veteran who served our country in Iraq, and a successful businessman who has created new jobs for the people of Michigan. He’s passionate about our country and will use his military and business experience to join President Trump in the fight to defend the principles of freedom that make America great.

“John James ran an excellent campaign last cycle nearly defeating then 43-year career politician Senator Debbie Stabenow. We were proud to endorse him early last cycle and raise him over $500,000, and we’re proud to join with him again as he works to defeat liberal Senator Gary Peters.”
