Supreme Court Failure

The U.S. Supreme Court’s 5-4 decision to block the Trump Administration from putting a citizenship question back on the Census was a painful reminder that Chief Justice John Roberts cannot be counted on to side with conservatives on important decisions.

We need President Trump to be able to appoint another strong justice to the Court and we need enough right-thinking Republicans in the Senate to confirm that justice. 

That’s why it is so important for conservatives across the country to come together right now to support Arnold Mooney in Alabama and John James in Michigan.

If they defeat their Democrat opponents (who are both vulnerable), President Trump will have the votes in the Senate to confirm a judicial powerhouse like Amy Coney Barrett even while losing one or two liberal Republicans.
