Swearing-In

Tuesday, October 27, 2020

I was honored to be at the White House last night to witness the swearing-in of Amy Coney Barrett by Justice Clarence Thomas.

It made me grateful for a president who had the courage to nominate such a strong defender of our Constitution, and for our grassroots supporters who made their voices heard when it mattered.

Despite the efforts of the Left to delay and derail her confirmation, all but one Senate Republican remained united and moved her nomination through on a 52-48 vote.

This victory would not be possible without the support of millions of freedom-loving Americans who understand the need for judges who uphold the text of the Constitution and our laws rather than legislating their own views from the bench.

I wanted to personally thank you for being part of our action team and for doing so much to fight for our principles and values.

Justice Barrett is a brilliant originalist who will shape the Supreme Court in a positive way for many years to come.
