Texas Lawsuit

Wednesday, December 9, 2020

The U.S. Supreme Court has ordered Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia to respond to the lawsuit filed by the State of Texas challenging their presidential election results.

The lawsuit claims that the states ignored federal and state election laws and unlawfully enacted changes that skewed the election results – something that not only tainted the integrity of their own elections, but also of Texas and every other state that held lawful elections.

The states must respond by 3 p.m. on Thursday, December 10.

We support this action and hope the Supreme Court upholds the rule of law by calling on the state legislatures to decide their electors.

We’re also very proud to see that the two Republican candidates for U.S. Senate in Georgia support the lawsuit. In a joint statement, Senators David Perdue (R-GA) and Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) said:

“We fully support President Trump’s legal resources and Attorney General Paxton’s lawsuit. The President has every right to use every legal resource available to guarantee these simple principles: every lawful vote cast should be counted, any illegal vote submitted cannot be counted, and there must be full transparency and uniformity in the counting process. This isn’t hard and it isn’t partisan. It’s American. No on should ever have to question the integrity of our elections system and the credibility of its outcomes.”

Early in-person voting begins next week in Georgia so please take action now to support Senators Perdue and Loeffler.

SCF will pay all processing fees so these candidates can spend 100% of your contributions on voter contact.

We need to do everything we can to stop the liberals who are trying to hijack our elections and undermine the principles of freedom that make America great. Winning the Georgia runoff elections is a critical part of the strategy to do just that.

Thank you for being part of our team and for doing so much to help fight for conservative leadership in Washington.
